Vinyasa is perfect for those looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. A very fluid, "dance-like" sequence incorporating static and dynamic movements while staying connected to the breath throughout the practice. Peppered throughout the practice are plenty of twists, juicy bends, side stretches and plenty of movement to heat up the body.
Hatha pushes you to dive deeper into your practice, focusing on awareness and breath. Aiming to align and calm your body, mind & spirit, sequences may flow with more conscious movement and poses can be held for longer periods of time. Sequenced to make you feel "something" inside (pranayama).
Come prepared to relax and restore your body and mind. Restorative practice is centred on slowing down and devoting time to yourself by looking within. A perfect wind down from a long week. A smooth, relaxing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
A Restorative flow involves a lot of props allowing you to melt into your mat with complete relaxation.
